I have been programming professionally for more than a decade and currently work as a Project Lead Consultant with AdventureTech. I speak regionally about software development practices and have mentored teams on improving their approach to lean software development through achieving technical proficiency. I am a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional, one of the leaders of the Kansas City .Net User Group, and serve as the INETA Regional Mentor for .Net user groups in Kansas and Missouri. I also help organize the Kansas City Developer Conference, an annual conference on everything software development related.
